[influxdb] unable to get alerts.

Hi,

I have a kapacitor docker and influx docker running on same network and host.
Since I have other processes running on 9092, I started my kapacitor on 10000 bu changing the http_bindaddress in the kapacitor.conf.

Similarly for the influxdb url I have the influxdb hostname.

While I configure alerts, I get connection refused
Post http://localhost:9092/kapacitor/v1/tasks: dial tcp [::1]:9092: getsockopt: connection refused

looking at docker logs influxdb I see
Post http://5eb724fe8ad5:10000/write?consistency=&db=kapacitor_example&precision=ns&rp=autogen: dial tcp: lookup 5eb724fe8ad5 on 127.0.0.11:53: no such host

Can someone please help to resolve this.

Versions: both are 1.1:alpine versions pulled from docker.
