[influxdb] influxdb connot get the data by http

Hi,
I am Alison,I had encounter a problem of getting data from influxdb by
http,but i can write the data through http.By the way , maybe it not just
by http,cause I tried java and python client,but it still can not run.I
will show you below
Http:
this is the result I expect

but this is the result I get
I try send query(q=show measurements or q=select ....) and I get nothing
but a heart sign
I have tried putty and git bash and this is what I get
but when I insert data by http it is successful
